DIAL: Hairline in enamel, light, 10:00. HANDS: Minor losses to blue. MOVEMENT PLATES: Scattered fine scratches on plate; Winding wheels with a few very fine scratches; Plate with marring at set lever screw; Regulator spring with a few specks of oxide.
