Prior to Deland, Dr. Peterson lived in Panama for 10 years after leaving the Navy. Dr. Peterson also worked on the Panama Canal during his 10 year stay. He later traveled to Peru, where his daughters stated that "He was always with the natives growing up". Measures approx. 7" X 4" X 5 1/4".
