Vintage 14kt white gold cluster ring, green tourmaline and pink and blue topaz. Size 8.5 and 4.90 grams. The top of the ring is appx. 13.7mm by 13mm tiered. On the lower level there are are leaves in a curved cluster and then four 2mm stones - two pink topaz, a blue topaz, and a green tourmaline. This stone has a more emerald darker look. The center stone is a 4.7mm by 4.8mm green tourmaline that is appx. .45 ctw. The small stones bring the ring to a total of .49 tcw of all the stones. The band is a rustic wood grain finish at the top of the shoulders and has a split V. It is 4.3mm at the top and tapers down to 2.7mm at the back of the finger. I cannot accurately test the stones due to the setting but they test as tourmaline and topaz on a Presidium tester which I do not fully rely on but it can point you to what a stone isn't or is, depending on what you see inside the stone and other tests you can do. They are not testing as glass. They are set in 14kt white gold and the ring appears to be a custom-made piece - not because of the different stones but the setting as well. The stones can be natural gemstones or created - I cannot do all the gemological testing due to the prongs not permitting the stones to sit flat on the refractometer. I did see a similar ring like this with a single stone sold as an engagement ring - it is great as any kind of ring, mother's ring, engagement, cocktail.
