Description
Nineteenth-20th century. Handled with tin lining. Five have New York retailer's marks. Two are "DH & M Co.", 8"h. 11"d. 23"l. and 6.5"h. 9.5"d. 18.5"l., "BD Co." 5.5"h. 8.5"d. 18"l., lid "D&C", 5.5"h. 8.5"d. 18"l. and"Lewis & Conger" with lid. 4"h. 8"d. 17"l. And three unmarked. 6.5"h. 11.5"d. 23.75"l, 4"h. 7"d. 14"l. and 2.75"h. 5.75"d. 11"l. Together with four extra lids. Unmarked, 13"d., "Thomas Grieve & Co.", 13"d. and twofrom Paris "Grand Magasins" 10"d. and "E. Dehillerin", 9.75"d. Varying scratches and dents.
Condition
In general the tinning is worn. Third smallest pot has none and the smallest pot appears to have either a heavy layer of tin or most likely solder on the bottom that is also filling in many small holes (also not dovetailed). The lids also have worn tinning, very little if any on the larger ones and one large lid has a rim dent. Varying surface scratches and small dents.
