Two French Provincial Fruitwood Chairs
including a vanity chair, 19th century, in the Louis XVI style, with a caned back within a rope-twist frame joined by downswept sides to the padded seat, raised above an annulated frieze on tapering circular legs ending in toupie feet, h. 30-1/2", and a corner chair, 19th century, in the Louis XV style, with a bisected caned back surmounted by a floral crest joined by downswept arms to the cushioned caned seat, raised on molded cabriole legs ending in scrolled toes, h. 36".
