Decorated with a continuous scene of scholars engaging in various pursuits in an outdoor setting, below colorful foliate scrolls issuing lotus blooms against a lime-green ground, the foot encircled with a key-fret border, the interior of the mouth and base glazed in pale blue, inscribed to the base with a six-character Qianlong mark. {Height: 17 1/4 inches (43.8 cm)}.
