The family's jewelry shop in Venice, Casa Codognato, has been a supplier of ornate jewelry for celebrities, artists and royals since it opened in 1866, and still remains today. The house has had clients such as The Duchess of Windsor, Grace Kelly, Ernest Hemingway, Coco Chanel, Nicolas Cage and many other rich and powerful clients who flock to the brand for its elegant craftsmanship. This ring was finely crafted of solid 18k yellow gold and boasts an approximately 42.00ct carved emerald center along with (2) 2.50ct cabochon emeralds decorating the sides of the piece. This ring comes from the estate of American actress and former MGM contract star, Arlene Dahl, who achieved notability during the 1950s.
