This lot consists of a graphite and colored pencil illustration on paper, done in the cartooning style of Virgil Ross. A handwritten inscription at lower right. This unframed piece measures approximately 7.5" x 10.5". Reverse side of piece features a stamp.

Virgil Ross (American, 1907-1996) was a cartoonist, animator, and visual artist best known for his work at Warner Brothers Cartoons. Ross contributed to the creation of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Yosemite Sam, Tweety, and much more.
