Safety Last! is a 1923 romantic comedy silent film starring Harold Lloyd. It includes one of the most famous images from the silent film era: Lloyd clutching the hands of a large clock as he dangles from the outside of a skyscraper above moving traffic. The film was highly successful and critically hailed, and it cemented Lloyd's status as a major figure in early motion pictures. The movie is considered as one of the great film comedies.
We date this German dubbed movie poster by Meerwald as circa 1960 since there is no printed date on the piece. The poster is linen backed, measures 24" x 33" and is in excellent condition with color restoration to the folds. It is common for movie posters to have folds since they were distributed to the theater that way.
