Cast as a 3-D model of a lighthouse and the keepers cottage as well as an additional cottage, The base cast with the name of the lighthouse "Highland Light Cape Cod" in raised lettering.Two-piece casting with original paint, c.1930, 8 inches H x 9.25 W x 3.75 inches L. The Highland Light ,previously known as Cape Cod Light is an active lighthouse on the Cape Cod National Seashore in North Truro, Massachusetts. The current tower was erected in 1857, replacing two earlier towers that had been built in 1797 and 1831. It is the oldest and tallest lighthouse on Cape Cod.
