Howard style finials, 15-inch painted dial with Roman numerals and sub seconds signed "E. Howard & Co., Boston," large brass 8-day weight driven regulator movement is signed "E. Howard & Co., Boston," brass plates measure 9 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches, impressive two-barrel mercurial pendulum now with steel inserts is signed "Cowell and Hubbard, Cleveland," finals are reproductions, case refinished, running, 77 x 26 1/2 x 11 inches.
