Description

Scovill Manufacturing Co. (American). 19th Century antique field camera. Produced circa 1885. Mahogany body, black fabric bellows, brass hardware. Wood is stamped SCOVILL MFG. CO. NY to extension bracket and to front above lens, and with Number 1357 beneath lens. Lens stamped SCOVILL MFG CO. NEW YORK WATERBURY LENS NO. 104783. Untested. Good antique condition, bellows and extension in moving order. Measures approximately 8 1/8 in. x 9 1/2 in. x 7 1/4 in. (folded). Hill Auction Gallery will not ship.
