A RUSSIAN IMPERIAL YELLOW GOLD AND ENAMEL ORDER OF ST. STANISLAUS, SECOND CLASS, MARKED, ST. PETERSBURG, CIRCA 1890, a breast badge modeled as a red guilloché enameled Maltese cross with axillae of yellow gold crowned double headed Imperial eagles, centering a green laurel leaf enameled wreath enclosing a circular white enameled convex medallion with red enameled double "S" cipher of Saint Stanislaus, verso same white medallion with double "S" cipher, goldsmith's stamped initials possibly VD (Cyrillic), integrated suspension loop stamped 56 (14k gold), loose suspension loop illegibly stamped. Condition
