TWO SILVER BALL FORM STRAINERS
American, 19th century. One nut form with elaborately etched foliate decoration and hinged grater to the interior, likely for nutmeg, inscribed on top "Mary New Year - 1863", 2.3" length. Together with a ball form tea leaf strainer on a chain hallmarked for R. Blackington & Co., Massachusetts, 1.4" diameter. 55 grams.
Condition
No markings found on the netmeg grater other than the 1863 inscription.
