Each issue with own title leaf, The November issue contains Federalist Papers Letters I and II by Alexander Hamilton and John Jay respectively and the December issue contains Letters III, IV, V, and VI by John Jay and the last by Alexander Hamilton. Both issues with important content regarding debates in legislatures on the proposed Federal Constitution including answers to objections, one in a question and answer format. Items include by John Hancock, George Mason, Richard Henry Lee, and Benjamin Franklin's final speech at the federal convention. Much other content of science and nature in the states and a interesting item citing three volcanos on the moon. The November issue collates: Title leaf, [419-518, Contents leaf, Complete. The December issue collates: Title leaf, [523]-600, Chronicle 1-15, followed by Contents leaf, [17]-20 Index. The Index at end is incomplete.
