Description
Signed lower left, label verso. Dimensions: (Frame) H 29" x W 22", (Sight) H 24" x W 16.75" Condition: No issues to note. M. B. Bull is most known as a painter of floral still life and her characteristic rendering of flower forms is evident in her work for Vogue Magazine where she illustrated from 1918 until 1930. Margaret Benedict Bull exhibited in Paris, where she had moved in 1921 and was employed as an illustrator. She then pursued fine and exhibited art at the Salons d' Autumn and the Salon des Artistes Indépendants between 1930 and 1938.

All the items in this auction remain at our Second Annex Gallery location in Bridgeport, CT for pickup. Items must be picked up in the time frame of Wednesday January 20th through Friday January 29th 9am-5pm.
