Item Details

Description

Stevenson Magliore Haitian folk art painting of people. Stevenson Magliore (1963-1994) was a Haitian painter and the son of Louisiane Saint Fleurant who helped found the peasant Saint Soleil art movement. His work is very bold and vibrant and this piece in stunning pinks and earth tones is no exception. The painting is on masonite, along the back of the paintings sides is some surface chipping to the masonite but doesnt affect the front.This piece is signed on the bottom right.

The dimensions are 18in x 24in. It is in good condition with some scrape marks and some chipped paint. Please call or email for a detailed condition report.
