Civil War era 1862 J.A. Goewey Albany NY 8 cast iron kettle, Gate Marked. It is amazing that this kettle was produced during the Civil War. It was patented "July 8 1862." There is an 8 on the bottom.

The dimensions are 8.25in x 13in x 10in. It is in good condition for its age with small patches of rust throughout. Please call or email for a detailed condition report.
