Ceracron black glazed stoneware tea set by designer Luigi Colani for Friesland Melitta, Germany circa 1970s. Set has seventeen pieces including one teapot, one warming stand, six cups with saucers to total twelve pieces, one creamer, one sugar bowl, and one tea light holder. Each with makers mark to the bottom, along with pre-glaze upwardly impressed signature to base of stand (from underside). Teapot measures 7" in height.res 1-1/4” high, 4-3/8" wide. In overall good condition with no cracks or chips, all measurements are approximate.
