English Art Deco Carved Walnut Double Door Armoire, c. 1940, the arched serpentine top over two highly figured doors, on large bun feet, the interior fitted with a Technics cassette player, a Sansui stereo tuner model AU717, and a Sansui integrated amplifier AU717, H.- 74 in., W.- 48 in., D.- 25 in. Provenance: from the Estate of John C. McNeese, New Orleans, Louisiana.

Condition consistent with age and use. Key present. This is a retrofitted armoire. Upper back panel was partially sawed out to have access to stereo system. 7 RCA cables present. AC/Power cables present. Appears to be wired for surround sound with partially stripped copper wire for speakers. Center console new construction with sanded and finished plywood and 1/8 in. board. Normal scuffs and wear to finish. Some surface cracks on bow front veneer.
