Hummel, School Girl. This piece has a vivid orange skirt and blouse and brown shoes. This piece has stamped crown mark and in center of doughnut on bottom has a gold label stating "ER Inc, Est 1886, ERPHILA". also says "Made in Germany." Girl's face is more babyish than later models. Old name "Primer Girl" or "Little Scholar". Original model by Arthur Moeller in 1937. Hummel measures approx. 5 1/4" tall, TMK-1, Hum 81. No cracks, chips, crazing or repairs. No box.
