Hummel, Merry Wanderer. This piece has Faience finish. These were old lead and cadmium based paints. They did not cure evenly and weren't used in production models. Hummel has step base. Incised crown mark. Bought at Robert L Miller auction. Hummel measures approx. 7 1/2" tall, TMK-1, Hum 7/I. No cracks, chips, crazing or repairs. No box.
