Asmat Shell Decorated Human Skull. Inlaid cowry shell eyes and nose; the top of the skull inlaid with miniature sea shells; the jaw hung with clusters of white seeds with cassowary feathers to either side. Condition: Dark patina throughout, no apparent loss.
