1804 hand colored aquatint after John Claude Nattes (1765 - 1822) from his folio, "Bath, illustrated by a series of views", engraved by John Hill, published in London by W. Miller. This view is captioned "Crescent &c." and shows the Royal Crescent, Bath, a marvel of Georgian architecture designed by John Wood the Younger in 1767-1774. In gold and ebonized frame. Frame, approx. 20 3/4" x 18 1/4". Sight, approx. 12" x 9 1/2".
