By Thomas Scott, Rector of Aston Sandford, Bucks: Late Chaplain to the Lock Hospital. A New Edition, with Corrections by the Author. London: Printed by C. Baldwin, New Bridge-Street; And Published by L.B. Seely, 169, Fleet-Street; John Hatchard Piccadilly; and Robert Baldwin, 47, Paternoster Row. 1812 | Thomas Scott (1747-1821) was rector of Aston Sandford, Buckinghamshire. He became co-founding Secretary to the Church Mission Society and purportedly trained the first missionaries, who were sent to West Africa and Sierra Leone.
