Signed late 18th century French .950 silver ecuelle with cover and underplate - all items with foliate design. With oval pictorial hallmark of a female bust signifying the Association des Orfevres (1973-1794); guaranty of Paris (85), a 1st standard pictorial hallmark of a rooster representing .950 silver, and an unidentified maker's mark of, "AHD" in a diamond form frame. Total approx. weight of ecuelle is 20.05 troy oz (gross). From an E 66th St, Manhattan estate. Dimensions: body of vessel measures approx. 6.875" w x 5" d x 2" h; underplate measures approx. 7.5" in diameter.

Monogrammed. Good, with light surface scratches and minor dings/dents.
