Provenance: Property from a Private Upper East Side, New York Collection

Good/Fair, appears to have a patch repair to underside of seat (third step), with scratches surrounding it, two wood pins on seat top replaced with screws, shows well **Condition reports are rendered as specialist opinion by the staff of the Auction House and not as statements of fact.
