Item Details

Description

The classic ogee frame with rich and highly figured rosewood veneers, the door glazed with a frosted and polished tablet in Empire motif with a stylized lyre polished back on the glass, the eight day time and strike movement with alarm, the dial appears to be a newer replacement, the case is an interesting smaller size.

Measures 19 x 11.5 x 4 inches.

Condition

Very good condition overall, free from veneer loss, repair or heavy wear. Intact running condition at the time of inspection. We cannot guarantee the running or timekeeping condition of timepieces once removed from the auction premises.
