Many of the passes are tour stock from the ever-guarded cache of passes and laminates issued only to roadies, tour insiders or to the "chosen" few. This collection features passes from Guns N' Roses, Metallica, Janet Jackson, INXS, Aerosmith, Poison, Madonna, Green Day, Rush, Iron Maiden, Nirvana, Pink Floyd, Boston, Cheap Trick, Stevie Nicks and more. Some of the passes are marked used yet retain original backing, and some were simply not issued but kept for years only to be unlocked and sold to a collector. This is truly a significant collection illustrating the greatest in rock and pop from the 1970s to 1990s. The lot comes with a letter of authenticity from Stephen Shutts, a well known collector and broker of Elvis, country music and pop culture memorabilia for over 20 years, who has worked with entities including the CMA, Brooks & Dunn, Hugh Hefner & Playboy, Dick Clark, among others. Shutts also had a CMT reality TV series based on his life collection Rock N' Roll memorabilia.
