English, circa 1780
The brighter green developed by Wedgwood was very popular. It did not take long, however, before a look-alike appeared in the marketplace, and this very form of leaf has also been seen with mark of "SHORTHOSE". Comments courtesy Diane Stradling of The Stradlings.

Condition
One dish with a chip at the leaf tip approx 1/8 of an inch. On the other side there are three minute glaze flakes on the underwire of leaf edge.The other dish has eight tiny glaze flakes at upper rim of leaf.
