Offered is an extremely Rare Pokemon SM Black Star "Ishihara GX" Promo Card, issued 2017, PSA Graded 8, NM/MT. Only given out to the Pokemon Company International employees at TPCi President Tsunekazu Ishihara 60th birthday, and given out by Ishihara himself. It is estimated that there are only between 30 and 60 copies in existence, most are in the hands of employees who are not permitted to sell it.
