Three Stooges Signed TV Appearance Contract, 1965.
6pp, measuring 8.5" x 10.75", Beverly Hills, California, dated August 19, 1965. An Engagement Contract for a TV broadcast, made between Comedy Three Productions, Inc., the corporation established by the Stooges to represent the three comedians as a group, and Rosemarie Productions, Inc. The title of the program they were to appear on was "The Danny Thomas Special", set to air on September 29, 1965. The comedy trio were paid $7,500 for their appearance. Throughout the 1960's, the Three Stooges were one of the most popular and highest-paid live acts in the country. Signed ''Moe Howard'', ''Larry Fine'' and ''Joe [Curly] DeRita''. Signed as well by Rosemarie Productions' Producer "Ruth J. Fay." Light edge toning. A few small holes at the top left corners where staples were removed.
