Juan Garcia Milo (Mexican, contemporary), "Principe Samurai o La Tierra Hermetica" (Samurai Prince or The Hermetic Land), signed and dated March 2007; "Principe Iluminado Cosmascaras" (Bedecked Illuminated Prince), signed and dated January 16, 2007. A pair of pen and ink drawings depicting regal samurai figures dressed in ornate armor with grand collars, both in composite profile with their visages facing right and their bodies presented frontally. Note the meticulous delineation of details - such painstaking workmanship and refined artistry. Size: larger (multicolored) 10.625" L x 8.125" W (27 cm x 20.6 cm); slightly smaller (green) 9.625" L x 7.25" W (24.4 cm x 18.4 cm)
