Description
A STAFFORDSHIRE BLUE AND WHITE TRANSFER PRINT POTTERY SAUCEBOAT, "FRUIT AND FLOWERS" PATTERN, ATTRIBUTED TO RALPH HALL, TURNSTALL, STAFFORDSHIRE, ENGLAND, CIRCA 1822-1849, the sauceboat with everted lip and "D" shape handle raised on four foliate scroll feet, the exterior with dark blue transfer print decoration in the "Fruit and Flowers" pattern, the interior with acanthus pattern border and a village house with tower in the background to the center. Height: 4 1/8" Width: 7 7/8" Depth: 3 1/8"
Condition
