A GROUP OF TWELVE AMERICAN STERLING SILVER SERVING UTENSILS, RETAILED BY J.J. FREEMAN, TOLEDO, OHIO, 1900-1930, comprising from largest to smallest, an asparagus server, a fish fork, two table forks, a cocktail/olive fork, two fish forks, two fish knives, an au jous ladle, ice tongs, and bird claw sugar tongs, each handle with exquisitely chased smoking censer or handled potpourri urn, the neck with central patera and fluting, verso marked "J.J. Freeman & Co.," "STERLING," verso the central ridgeback marked "J.J. Freeman & Co.," "STERLING," and with an stamp attributed to "Dominick & Haff," total approximate weight: 31.775 troy oz.
Condition
The largest not marked "J.J. Freeman," but marked sterling with hallmark. Expected surface wear, minor surface scratches, but overall in good to very good condition, wear commensurate with age and use.
