Condition
**There is some vague rippling, a few bumps and a thin line around the inner perimeter of the bowl (where it meets the foot ring) suggesting a compression dent has been repaired, very well-executed and unobtrusive. Some wear to the highest relief. Otherwise in quite good condition. The handle is tight, swinging freely but also standing upright. Hallmarked (on the body, near the rim) with: 1) the sterling lion passant; 2) the London crowned leopard's head; 3) the date letter "O" for 1809-1810; 4) the George III bust duty mark; and 5) the "RE/EB" maker's mark of Emes & Barnard. Marks well-rubbed, particularly the maker's mark.
