Description
Two Pieces of Minton Porcelain Dinnerware, c. 1845, consisting of an oval platter with armorial decoration with the motto "Corde et Manu," (with heart and hand), and a divided footed vegetable serving bowl, both with gilt decorated magenta banding, the bottoms with the mark for James Jackson of Birmingham, Platter- H.- 1 1/2 in., W.- 14 1/2 in., D.- 4 1/4 in.
