No date given but a later small print was in 1778, next a standard edition of the same work was published and printed in 1815 according to Worldcat

The old fashion farmers motives for leaving the Church of England, and embracing the Roman Catholic faith, and his reasons for adhering to the same, etc. with an appendix by way of antidote against all upstart new faiths, etc.
