This is a framed advertisement showing the 40-Horse Borax Team for the Pacific Coast Borax Co. Pure Refined Borax for Family Use. This is their Death Valley transportation. The advertisement is marked for the Sherwood Litho Co. out of Chicago, Illinois. There are areas of staining in one line near the wagon from top to bottom, another area of staining to the far left, an area of paper loss above the word "Company" in the top heading and an area of paper loss above the horses near the wagons. It is otherwise an amazing piece of advertising in very good condition. It is mounted in what appears to be the frame it has been in for the majority of its life, if not its entire life.
