Probably German, with a molded shield form base that features a striker, cigar cutter, mixing bowl, match holder, humidor and horseshoe form pipe holder, all elements are fixed to the base. The lot includes three pipes, one is sterling mounted.

Dimensions: 12 1/2" x 12", the height is 9".

Condition

One metal liner is missing from one of the pipe holder holes, there is an old glued repair and general expected wear.
