The American Eagle One Ounce Silver Proof Coin is the collector version of the official United States Mint American Eagle Silver Bullion Coin. The coin contains .999 fine silver and bears the "W" mint mark of the United States Mint at West Point. The quarter-dollar, half-dollar and dime coins are struck in 90 percent silver and bear the "S" mint mark of the United States Mint at San Francisco. Limited mintage of just 50,000 sets.
