A mid-century modern Lytegem desk/task lamp by Michael Lax for Lightolier (1965) a dark gray base, army green shade and extendable chrome stem, with switch for two light intensities. Can be found in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) in New York.
In vintage condition with signs of wear, including marking to the base and shade, as well as a repair to the point where the chrome stem attaches to the back of the base (a common place for these lamps to show damage).
