Light surface scratches throughout, typical of age, use and polishing. Tarnish in harder to access areas. Discoloration near soldered areas. Inclusions to the cabochon, which look like natural internal flaws. Stone might possibly be glass made to look like chalcedony, very smooth fine pitting throughout entire surface when examined with a loop.
