Description
Oval creamware woven dish with raised sides and pierced rim. Painted in enamel black and yellow. Lozenge emblem at center. Pattern mark on underside. Staffordshire, likely by Elijah Mayer of Hanley, c.1800. Together with a Leeds porcelain basket with pierced sides and twisted handle.
