Queen Victoria Large & Elegant Signature, PSA/DNA Slabbed & Graded
A paper fragment bearing the regal signature of Victoria I (1819-1901) as "Victoria Rg" (Regina) at center. Victoria's signature is large and elegant, measuring 2.75" x 1.25" alone. PSA/DNA encapsulated and graded EX-MT 6. Overall light toning. The signature is affected by a few light vertical and horizontal folds, and there are a few light pencil marks found in the upper left corner mentioned just for accuracy. Else very good to near fine. The paper slip measures 3.875" x 2.25" while the slab measures 7.125" x 4.125" overall.
One of Great Britain’s longest ruling monarchs, Victoria I oversaw an industrializing England and an expanding overseas empire including India after 1876. She, along with her nine children, would dominate European politics (and royal households) throughout the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
This item comes with a Certificate from John Reznikoff, a premier authenticator for both major 3rd party authentication services, PSA and JSA (James Spence Authentications), as well as numerous auction houses.
