North America, Mexico, ca. mid-20th century CE. A fine pair of high-grade (93%) sterling silver pendants with triangular bodies featuring rounded points. The front of each pin features a highly abstract zoomorphic creature that stands out among the crushed turquoise fragments that fill in the surrounding areas. The verso of each pin exhibits a stamped hallmark reading, "Sterling 925 APB Taxco." Size of each (both are relatively similar): 2" L x 1.375" W (5.1 cm x 3.5 cm); quality of sterling silver: 93%; total weight: 17.6 grams

Both pins have small chips to inlaid turquoise fragments, otherwise intact and very good. Nice patina throughout. Pin needles on verso still articulate.
