VICTORIAN CAST-METAL AND MARBLE KEROSENE BANQUET LAMP, late opaque white ball shade with fuchsia ground and stenciled polychrome floral decoration, later heat ring, font vase having four reserves consisting of a portrait medallion of a Victorian woman surrounded by a floral wreath, onyx and mixed-metal stem raised on a monument base featuring cherubs and four lion feet, period "B&H" brass drop-in font. Fitted with a period burner and shade ring, colorless slip chimney. Probably Bradley & Hubbard Mfg. Co. Late 19th/early 20th century. 29 3/4" H to top of shade, 20 1/2" H to top of shade ring, 7" SQ base. Shade: 9 1/2" H, 4" D fitter.
Excellent condition with the font tank having some denting; shade having some expected light flaking/roughness to the fitter; chimney with a minor flake to the fitter.
