An antique stoneware crock, painted with a dark brown colored paint on the inside and lightly tan on the outside and from an unknown maker. Crock has a crack starting at the top edge and is 5.25" in length. Outside of crock has some stains. Some minor wear to the paint finish. See photos. Measures 7.875" x 8" (Diameter x Height)
