EXCEPTIONAL MEIJI IVORY BALL WITH MYRIAD OF INSECTS. D. 1 7/8" The ball has a small square with artist signature/inscription. This piece is tour de force of the Japanese ivory carvers craft. It is an incredible example appreciated much more in person than via pictures on the web. I will try to post additional pictures of the mark later today.
