Vintage 20th Century Genuine Louis Vuitton monogram suitcase, leather edging with "LV" monogrammed motif, brass rivets, lock, catches and reinforced leather corners, leather carrying handle, original brass central lock reinforced with two complementary trunk latches, the interior is lined in washable vuittonite leather. Stamped on the brass hardware "LV". The brass pins are all stamped "Louis Vuitton". Cotton twill buckle straps, the buckle stamped "Louis Vuitton". Brand tag on the internal side of the cover reading "Louis Vuitton 976973 Ave. Marceau 78bis Paris, NICE 2 AVe Se SUEDE. Authentic and very fashionable piece, made in the 1960's. Very good condition.
